Job Description

လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် Potential Clients များကို စနစ်တကျ ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ပြီး Business Opportunity အသစ်များ ဖန်တီးနိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်း၏ Servicet များကို Clients များအား ထိရောက်စွာ မိတ်ဆက်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
Clients များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ပြီး Internal Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်း၍ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Proposal, Quotation နှင့် Service Package များကို ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသား တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
Client Meeting များ စီစဉ်ခြင်း၊ Meeting Minutes ရေးသားခြင်းနှင့် Follow-up လုပ်ငန်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Sales Leads များကို ဆက်လက် Follow-up လုပ်ပြီး Deal Closing လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Market Trend, Competitor Activity နှင့် Client Feedback များကို စုဆောင်း၍ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Report များကို မှန်ကန်တိကျစွာ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Fair, Workshop, Seminar နှင့် Networking Event များတွင် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Client Relationship ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂-၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Corporate Clients များနှင့် Face-to-Face ဆက်ဆံနိုင်သော Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
HR Service / Recruitment / B2B Service Sales အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Sales Target များအပေါ် တာဝန်ယူပြီး ရလဒ်အခြေခံ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Presentation, Negotiation နှင့် Follow-up Skill အခြေခံကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Outside Sales / Field Visit များသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
MS Word, Excel နှင့် PowerPoint အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Event Day များတွင် On-site တက်ရောက်၍ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
