Job Description

လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်စေရန်အတွက် Strategic Plans များကို စနစ်တကျ ရေးဆွဲပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
ကုမ္ပဏီမှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရန်။
HR Solutions များနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် စျေးကွက်ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် Presentation ပေးခြင်းမျာကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Client အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် လက်ရှိ Client များနှင့် ရေရှည်ခိုင်မာသော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ပေးရန်။
Market Trends နှင့် Competitors များ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး၊ လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် အကျိုးရှိမည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ရန်။
Sales နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Documentations, Proposals နှင့် budget များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု၊ Sale Progress နှင့် စျေးကွက်အခြေအနေများကို အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.)
Business Development Manager ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်အထက် ရှိရမည်။
Strong Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Project implementation and budget management ပိုင်းတွင် Knowledge ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
CRM, Event Management and digital marketing tools များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office Suite (World, Excel, PowerPoint) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
