Job Description

  • အလားအလာရှိသော ဖောက်သည်သစ်များနှင့် စီးပွားရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ရန်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို Client များထံ ရှင်းလင်းတိကျစွာ မိတ်ဆက်တင်ပြရန်။
  • Sales Lead များကို စနစ်တကျ Follow-up လုပ်ရန်နှင့် Client အချက်အလက်များကို အမြဲ Update ဖြစ်အောင် သိမ်းဆည်းရန်။
  • လက်ရှိဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ရေရှည်ခိုင်မာသော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Client များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်သုံးသပ်ပြီး အသင့်တော်ဆုံး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ အကြံပြုပေးရန်။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Report များကို အချိန်မှန် ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ပြုလုပ်သော Events၊ Career Fairs နှင့် Networking Activities များတွင် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ကူညီပေးရန်။
  • Senior Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။

Requirements

  • အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို) ဘွဲရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (HR သိုမဟုတ် Business Administration ဘွဲရရှိထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်)
  • Sales, Customer Service သိုမဟုတ် Recruitment နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။ (Fresh Graduates များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပြီး HR Industry တွင် စိတ်အားထက်သန်စွာ ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်လိုသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်)
  • Recruitment, HR Consulting, Training သိုမဟုတ် Job Portal & Staffing Services များနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အခြေခံနားလည်မှုရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Communication, Presentation နှင့် Interpersonal Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Client Relationship တည်ဆောက်နိုင်စွမ်းနှင့် စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိင်းမှု (Negotiation Skills) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
