Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Plan and manage advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
  • Supervise and guide marketing staff and coordinate daily activities.
  • Build partnerships and work with influencers or media channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing (retail or fashion preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies.
