Job Description

  • Expo & Event Sales Plan များကို ရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Sponsorship Package များနှင့် Booth Sales များအတွက် Potential Clients များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်းနှင့် Deal Closing ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Sales Target များရရှိစေရန် Sales Activities များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
  • Marketing Campaign များ၊ Promotion Activities များကို စီစဉ်ခြင်းနှင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
  • Client များ၊ Business Partners များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော Relationship များ တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • Market Research ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Sales Opportunity များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း။
  • Sales Team Members များအား Training ပေးခြင်း၊ Daily Activities များကို Monitor ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Sales Report များ၊ Performance Report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Expo Event အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရန် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sales & Marketing ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Event / Exhibition / Expo Sales ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Client Handling နှင့် Business Development ပိုင်းတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sales Team အား ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သော Leadership Skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) နှင့် Social Media Platform များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Target Oriented ဖြစ်ပြီး Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
